Bankarium and the history of money

Money - in one form or another - has been a part of human history for at least the past 5,000 years. It took a long time to settle into today's form, and new, technologically advanced forms are already emerging.

Bankarium, the Slovenian Banking Museum, takes you through six periods in the development of money and banking and depicts the banking heritage of the Slovene lands from 1820 to the present day.

To this end, we developed several multimedia experiences, including touchcreen applications, video projections and a VR station, rich with fun and educational content.
